TIM NATIVIDAD is the US Head of Enterprise Sales at TikTok. His team is responsible for performance advertising, Reach and Frequency buying, and Creator-led marketing opportunities for all major US Fortune 500 companies and large Agency holding companies in the US. In short, the team helps advertising customers make TikToks, not ads, particularly at a time when audiences value authenticity over traditional advertising. Natividad joined TikTok in 2021. The entirety of his career has been spent in digital media and prior to his time at TikTok he held previous leadership positions at Roku, Amazon, and Google. At Roku he enabled the growth behind the launches of Disney Plus, Peacock, Discovery Plus, HBO Max, and Paramount Plus. He joined Amazon in 2015 and led the Global Search and Performance Advertising business to enable revenue growth for CPG and Consumer Electronics industries along the secular shift to e-commerce buying. He is a member of the IAB’s Digital Video Board and contributes to TikTok’s involvement in the Digital Content NewFronts. Natividad also serves as a judge of the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement and the Association of National Advertising’s B2 Awards. With pit stops in Texas, Rhode Island, Cambodia and New York, Natividad currently lives in Los Angeles with his two dogs, wife, and daughter. BING CHEN is an impact founder, investor, and new world builder. He is the Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder of Gold House, the leading cultural ecosystem that unites, invests in, and champions Asia Pacific creators and communities to power tomorrow for all. He is also Executive Chairman of AU Holdings which incubates and invests in multicultural creators and communities; General Partner and Co-founder of Aum Group, a premier multicultural film fund; and serves as a Board Director and Advisor to several leading digital media companies. She is responsible for driving integrated digital solutions across the organization, while leading the holding company’s broader digital strategy and partnerships – including representing Publicis Groupe in industry initiatives to continually improve the standards and brand safety on the world’s largest consumer platforms. She represents a robust client portfolio that includes beloved brands from every industry – AB InBev, Best Buy, Citi, Disney, Inspire Brands, Lowes, McDonald’s, Meta, Samsung, TikTok, Toyota, Verizon, Visa, Walmart, the Yum Brands, and many others. Prior to her current role across Publics Groupe, she served as Chief Digital Officer for Publicis Media where she oversaw all digital and programmatic strategy, partnerships, investment and negotiations on behalf of the media network globally. She has received a number of esteemed industry honors, including the 2023 Ascend A-List Awards, 2021 Gold House A100 List, 2019 ADCOLOR Legend, Campaign US Female Frontier, MediaPost Digital All-Star, Adweek Media All-Star, Cynopsis Top Women in Digital – and previously served as Chair for the American Advertising Federation (AAF). Outside of the office, Helen is an active board member for Partnership With Children, a non-profit that helps over 10,000 New York City children overcome the stresses of growing up in poverty. Helen earned her bachelor’s degree at UCLA and her MBA at NYU.

At FUTURE NOW, we believe in the power of mentorship and the vital role it can play in one's personal and professional growth and development, and we are thrilled to launch the sixth year of the FUTURE NOW Mentoring Program!
This program is open to FUTURE NOW alumni only, who have attended the FUTURE NOW Media & Entertainment Conference. We select the top twenty (20) applicants for the nine-month-long program, which begins in September and concludes in May. Each of the twenty (20) mentees are matched with a mentor from the industry, based on their mutual interests and goals.
